Mojo Monday #313

My Mojo Monday was made using the Square Version Design.

I used the new Designer series paper "Season of Style" as the background.

 I layered it with the Top note Cherry Cobbler.

  I used the Christmas Ornament Keepsakes stamp set.

  I started by stamping the two smaller ornaments and using the matching Framelits set to cut them out.

  But they needed something more, so I tried inserting the small ornament framelit within the larger ornament and here is how it turned out.  I'm pretty excited on how the card looks. I hope you like it too.

 

Women's Wellness Weekend Card Class

Hello Everyone

I wanted to share with you a Card that I made during my Women's Wellness Weekend that was hosted by the Simcoe/Muskoka YMCA. 

This past September weekend is one I enjoy every year because I  gather with friends that I don't see that often and sometimes only once a year.  But I truly enjoy every minute we have together.  I definitely have great friends and cherish our time together.  

I volunteered to host a card class along with my  good friend and Stampin Up Demonstrator Tammy Gill.  I just adore the new Flower Shop Stamp set along with the coordinating punch.

Supplies Used:

Paper: Daffodil Delight, Whisper White, Basic Grey, DSP

Ink: Smoky Slate

Stamp Set: Flower Shop, Perfectly Penned

Here are some pictures of my table set up along with friends creating their very own card.

It was a very relaxing and fun Weekend.  Can't wait for Next year.

FRESHLY MADE SKETCHES

I punched out the 3 larger circles using the 1 3/4" circle punch  and placed some DSP behind the Calypso Coral. The smaller circle was punched using the 1" punch and the images were stamped on Soft Sky paper using Island Indigo Ink.

BERMUDA BAY -Thank You Card

Hello Friends

I have created this card with one of my new favourite stamp set  "Flower Shop" and the coordinating Pansy Punch.  The new Bermuda Bay and Smoky Slate paper are a great combination.  I embossed the smoky slate paper with the honeycomb folder and punch the circle out on the right side.  The Thank you sediment was first stamped with Versa mark and then white ink to give it a 3D effect.  

The flowers are stamped with Versa Mark, punched out and a pearl added in the centre of the flower.

Flower Shop -Happy Birthday

This card features the  Venetian Romance Designer Series Paper, Sassy Salutations , and the Flower Shop bundle (stamp set & coordinating punch).  You can purchase all of these items in my Online Store. 

 The flowers are stamped with the new ink colours of Blushing Bride, Pear Pizzazz and Crushed Curry. I had left over Very Vanilla Card stock that I had already used with the Top Die. (I never throw any card stock out) So I attached it with dimensionals to give it the 3D look. I hope you like it.

Since I'm away (on vacation in Florida) from my craft room for 2 weeks I thought I would try a digital card design using the MOJO300 design by Julee Tilman.

This is my first attempt to design a card using the MDS software.  It was easier than I thought and I'm excited to design another one.
